Service requests

Submitting a request does not guarantee that Dun Errands will accept it. Availability, location, timing, safety and the nature of the requested task may affect acceptance.

Quotes

Where a quote is provided, the customer can review the scope and amount before accepting it electronically. An accepted quote becomes the basis for the associated payment request.

Payments and refunds

Online payments are processed through the configured payment provider. Refunds may be full or partial and are recorded against the original payment. Final cancellation and refund rules will be published before production launch.

Prohibited requests

Dun Errands may refuse requests that are unsafe, unlawful, require a professional license, involve prohibited or controlled items, or fall outside the offered service scope.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. Service-specific policies will be expanded before final production launch.
