Customer accounts

Customer accounts are optional. If you create one, Dun Errands stores your verified email, profile details, saved addresses, account activity and a securely hashed password so you can access your errand history and related records.

Payments

When online payment is enabled, card payment is handled through Stripe-hosted Checkout. Dun Errands stores payment status, amount, transaction identifiers and receipt information needed to operate the service, but does not store full card numbers.

Security

Dun Errands uses reasonable technical controls to protect submitted information. No website can guarantee absolute security, so sensitive information should only be provided when necessary for the service.
