Common questions

Return and drop-off questions

What do I need to provide for a return?

Provide any receipt, QR code, label, order information or store instructions the return requires. The merchant remains responsible for its own return policy.

Can Dun wait in line for a return?

Queue time can be considered as part of the task when it is practical. Include any known requirements in the request so the quote reflects the errand accurately.

Can I request a package drop-off?

Yes, for eligible pre-labeled packages and ordinary drop-offs. Dun does not replace regulated shipping, hazardous-material or age-restricted delivery services.
