No. First-time customers can submit an errand request, review a private quote and pay without creating an account.
Shopping runs are part of the service concept. Where purchases are involved, the service fee and purchase amount can be kept clear in the job record.
The initial service excludes passenger transportation, childcare, medical care, controlled substances, alcohol or tobacco delivery, hazardous materials, weapons and licensed professional work.
After you accept a quote, online payment can be completed through Stripe-hosted Checkout when enabled. Dun Errands does not store full card numbers.
The next workflow phase adds simple job-status updates so you know when the errand starts, progresses and is completed.
